After your first inquiry, I’ll send you a Travel Planning Form to gather important information about your trip, such as preferred destinations, travel dates, group size, and any specific needs or interests.

Once the form is completed, we’ll schedule a video call to get to know you better. During this conversation, we’ll explore your travel preferences in detail, including the experiences you’re hoping to get out of your trip, special requests, and any other personal touches.

We’ll finalize the planning fee, which is based on the complexity of your itinerary, the group size, and any last-minute requests. This ensures my dedicated attention throughout the entire planning process.

With the details from the form and our conversation, I will start researching and crafting your custom itinerary, designed to reflect your unique desires. Including restaurant and activity recommendations.

I’ll send you a draft of the itinerary for review, allowing you to request any revisions or adjustments until everything is perfectly aligned with your expectations.

Once the itinerary is approved, I’ll handle all bookings and reservations. You’ll also receive a comprehensive travel package with all necessary documents.

Before you leave, I’ll be available to address any final questions or needs to ensure a smooth departure.

If you encounter unexpected changes, need assistance with bookings, or have questions during your trip, I’m available to help resolve issues and provide guidance, giving you peace of mind throughout your journey.

After your trip, I’ll reach out for a post-travel follow-up to hear about your experience and gather feedback. I’ll also assist with any post-travel needs, such as resolving issues, discussing future travel plans, or making recommendations based on your trip.
